Customer Care at Slidercuts Studios

WE ARE BACK OPEN
As of Monday 12th April, SliderCuts Studios is open and back to doing what we love! Taking care of your wellbeing, as well as your hair and beauty needs, is important to us and we want to make sure your visit to the studios is safe for you and others.


KEEPING EVERYONE SAFE

We are practicing social distancing and have an adequate amount of space between each service chair as well as the waiting chairs. We have reduced the amount of people that can wait in the shop at any one time, so please be aware that you might have to wait outside if our waiting area is at capacity.


HYGIENE

Our team will continue our usual practice of regularly cleaning door handles, chairs, clippers, tools and so on. We also have hand sanitiser available to everyone upon entry of the shop.


SLIDERCUTS STAFF

The safety of our team and those around us is our top priority. All team members will be wearing face masks unless they are exempt for medical reasons.


CLIENT REQUIREMENTS

Keeping with Government guidelines, it is mandatory that you wear a face mask whilst in the studios. Please let us know if you’re exempt.

If you have any flu-like symptoms, please call to reschedule your appointment. If you think you have come into contact with someone with COVID-19, please reschedule or take a test to make sure you’re COVID-19 free.


BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

OUR HIGHER RISK CLIENTS

Our high risk clients can request to book an appointment at a quieter time and we will be more than happy to accommodate that.


PAYMENTS
When booking online, you will be required to make payment online. For all other appointments, we accept cash but card payments are preferred.
