How do I prepare for my haircut?

Wash and dry your hair before your cut to make sure it’s free from any grease or wax.

Aim to arrive 15-20 minutes early so you’re not sweating, due to rushing, and to avoid potential transport issues that could result in you missing your appointment altogether.

I need an out-of-hours appointment. Is this possible?

Potentially. I do cuts out-of-hours on request for an increased cost. Go to Book Now to request an out-of-hours appointment.

I’m not sure what style to go for. Can you help?

Definitely. Personalised consultations are available on request or you can check out the styles page for inspiration.

I can’t come to the shop. Do you do call-outs?

I do offer this service. Go to Book Now to request a call-out appointment.

I can’t make my appointment. Can I rearrange or cancel?

I understand, these things happen. If you're unable to make an appointment, please give me as much notice as possible.

Cancellations made at least 6 hours before the appointment time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 6 hours of the appointment time will forfeit the fee.

I'm unhappy with my product. Can I request a refund?

Yes, unopened products can be returned for a full refund within 14 calendar days of your order date. Returns will not be accepted for opened items unless found to be faulty or damaged.

To request a refund, please send an email to info@slidercuts.com with your order number and reason for return. You will then receive instructions on how to return the item. Please do not return the item before you receive this email.

Your refund will be processed once the returned item has been received.

Will you refund my postage costs?

No, postage costs will not be refunded.

Will you cover the cost of postage for the returned item?

No, you will need to cover the cost of returning the item to us.

I've returned my item but haven't received my refund.

Once processed, refunds can take 3-5 working days to appear in your bank account.

I've ordered something from the shop. When can I expect my order to arrive?

Products are sent out within 2 working days of an order being made. Once sent, UK orders usually take 3-5 working days to arrive. International orders may take 7-10 working days.
